Building the cloud infrastructure for industrial service management.
The service backbone that ties SSEC Care, SSEC Field and connected equipment into one platform.
In development
Why an industrial service business needs cloud infrastructure.
Industrial equipment service used to fit on a desktop, a service diary and a WhatsApp group. It no longer does — not once you register every machine, every service call, every spare-part transaction and every document; not once technicians and customers work on mobile apps at the same time; and certainly not once machines themselves start sending signals.
SSECPL's cloud platform is the layer that makes Care, Field and future connected-equipment workloads coherent, scalable and secure. It is being built on Amazon Web Services.

Why we are building this on AWS.
We chose AWS for four reasons. It is the most widely-adopted cloud among Indian technology startups, which gives us a large pool of engineering talent familiar with the platform. Its managed services (managed databases, object storage, messaging, IoT and AI/ML) let a small team run a production-grade industrial platform without building undifferentiated infrastructure. Its identity, security, backup and monitoring services help us meet the operational standards our customers expect. And its startup programmes — including AWS Activate — are designed to help early-stage companies build MVPs and scale infrastructure while the underlying business model is being validated.
How we treat customer data.
SSECPL treats customer, machine and service data as the customer's data. It is stored on AWS infrastructure in India where possible, transmitted over TLS, access-controlled to the individuals and technicians who need it for a specific service ticket, and retained according to a documented policy. Detailed security controls are not published on this page for operational reasons; enterprise customers can request a security overview under NDA via Contact.
