This page describes where SSECPL is going with connected equipment. Everything below is labelled by status — Live, In development or Roadmap — so nothing on this page should be read as a feature that already ships on every SSECPL machine.

The phased roadmap.

Live and in active rollout

Phase 1 — Digital service platform.

Every SSECPL machine can be registered onto the platform, has a digital equipment identity, and lives inside a customer-facing app (Care) and a technician app (Field). Service history, documentation and warranty are digital and permanent.

Phase 2 — Connected machines.

The next phase brings machine controllers online. PLCs and HMIs on SSECPL equipment will publish operating-hour, alarm and simple health data into the SSEC cloud. Customers will see equipment status in Care; technicians will see it inside a Field job card.

Phase 3 — Intelligent maintenance.

Once machines are connected and history is being captured at scale, the platform can start to be predictive: anticipating failures, recommending spares before they are needed, and diagnosing faults remotely with model-assisted analysis.

Spare-parts forecasting for AMC contractsRoadmap
Machine-vision inspection where applicableRoadmap

Why this is a startup roadmap and not a marketing wishlist.

This roadmap is the actual reason SSECPL was structured as a technology startup rather than a machinery vendor. Building Phase 2 and Phase 3 needs sustained cloud, software, IoT and — in time — data-science investment. The company is structured, funded and staffed to make that investment over the coming years.
