Scan a machine. See its whole life.

When an operator or technician scans an SSECPL machine's QR label, they land on the machine's page in Care or on a public equipment page (if not logged in), which shows:

  • Model and serial number
  • Installation date and site
  • Warranty status
  • Manuals and SOPs
  • Electrical and GA drawings
  • Maintenance schedule
  • Bill of materials and spare-part identification
  • Full service history
  • A one-tap Request Service action

Why digital identity matters.

Machinery outlives the people who bought it. Operators change, maintenance heads change, purchase records get lost — and by the time a machine breaks down, the manual is missing and no one is sure whether it is still under warranty. A permanent digital identity attached to the machine means the record does not depend on any individual, filing cabinet or spreadsheet. It follows the machine.

For SSECPL, that identity is also the anchor for connected-equipment features on the roadmap — telemetry, health monitoring and predictive maintenance all attach to the same identity.
