SS Engineers & Consultants Private Limited (SSECPL). This policy applies to ssengr-india.com and to the SSEC Care and SSEC Field applications. The registered office and CIN will be added once the corporate-information block is verified for publication.
2. What information we collect.
Contact information you submit through this website (name, email, phone, company, message), authentication data for Care and Field (email/phone, hashed password or OTP), machine and service records you create inside the platform, and anonymised analytics.
3. How we use it.
To respond to your enquiries, to operate the platform (register machines, route service tickets, generate reports), to communicate about your machines and service, and to improve our products.
4. Who we share it with.
SSECPL personnel and authorised service partners who need the information to deliver a service. Cloud infrastructure providers (AWS) as data processors. We do not sell personal information.
5. Where it is stored.
On AWS infrastructure, in India where possible, subject to standard AWS security controls.
6. How long we keep it.
For as long as you are a customer, and for a defined retention period afterwards for warranty, tax and audit purposes.
7. Your rights.
You can request access, correction or deletion of your personal information by writing to privacy@ssengr-india.com.
